And here we are. It’s now April and I have not written a journal entry in all this time. What a shame. It’s never too late to get back into a new, good habit, however!
Ill Mornings & MMORPGs
“Ill morning” not to be confused with morning sickness. I have woken today with a terrible cough and a sore throat (possibly from coughing). Yesterday, I developed a stuffy nose. So that means I am becoming ill. Likely with a cold, because the symptoms are coming on slowly, I have no fever, and I don’t feel fatigued at all.
Calm Mornings
Oh, how I adore mornings like this.
Thanksgiving
I unexpectedly had two days of Thanksgiving, one on the actual holiday and one yesterday. My brother has a terrible habit of not informing people of events until the last moment so I wasn’t completely surprised to get a call saying, “Hey, come over for dinner!”
Non-24-hour Sleep-Wake Disorder
In short, it sucks. In long, it suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks! I truly wish some sort of advancement in treatment for this condition could be made. I despise missing entire chunks of my life due to sleeping during periods where most people are awake. I disturb the lives of those I live with, I inconvenience friends and acquaintances, and it’s impossible to adhere to any sort of schedule.
Work, work
Today I worked outside since it was the last warm day of the season for the unforeseeable future. It was a comfortable 70 degrees with a slight chill to the breeze. It was toasty warm in the sun because there were barely any clouds. So we raked leaves, bagged them up for disposal, and covered the vents around the house foundation. I also did a load of laundry and worked some more on my blanket. That’s coming along quite nicely.
First Post
I think first posts are always destined to be kinda shitty. You start a new blog or diary or whatever with great ambition. If it’s an online one, you take the time to make sure it looks exactly how you want it. If it’s a physical one, you peel off the plastic and labels, then write your personal info on the inside cover. Then what?
